49 The Tower’s vegetable garden is a small world of flavors. Among neat rows and generous soil grow aromatic herbs, lettuces, and vegetables that follow the natural rhythm of the Florentine hills. Tra filari ordinati e terra generosa crescono erbe aromatiche, lattughe e ortaggi che seguono il ritmo naturale delle colline fiorentine. Durante l’estate, parte di questo raccolto arriva direttamente al bar della piscina, dove diventa ingrediente delle insalate fresche servite agli ospiti.
