From a modest bed&breakfast opened in 1963 to a celebrated 4-star superior hotel “where everyday life vanishes”, according to the website. We are now in the third generation and the structure has recently been enriched with extremely silent natural suites splendidly overlooking the woods and the peaks of the Dolomites and new spaces in the now well-known and appreciated Spa. At dinner, Carla, sommelier and “Muse of hospitality” will succeed in recommending the perfect match for the chef ’s creations. At breakfast we come to understand even more. The buffet, intimate but intense, offers products “signed” by farmers, breeders and local producers. Thus the attention to detail and quality has led the Pellegrin family to scrupulously choose the best raw materials for their cuisine. How can we avoid mentioning the butter: yellow - as we are no longer used to seeing, rich in flavor, so much so that if awakes childhood memories. Jams, sweets and bread are also produced in-house.
