The West Holy Cities and Cosmopolitan Merchants This is the region of the Holy Cities but also that of Jeddah, on of themost cosmopolitan city in the Kingdom. Certainly, it is the city most visited by foreigners, be it for religious reasons during the Hajj or Umrah, or for the commerce that rotates around the port of Jeddah.
